Jewelry Customization on live （Livy）【Pearlism】

Livy's Live Stream is a happy little pearl family. Livy herself is helpful, has an incredible and skilled eye for matching pearls with designs, and is very patient with everyone. And Market Day with Livy is a joy! She is more than happy to have her loyals answer questions for her, and how she manages to remember the name of almost everyone who comes in the live, I'll never know. There's a reason she has the loyal following she does, and I'm happily waiting for my next customization appointment. I got my picture of my customized jewelry and I can't wait to wear them.

I love the entertaining, gaming way to order. The pearls I purchased and received were of good quality, exactly as shown live and I found the customization process simple. Livy was sweet, polite and patient with customization. I'm happy with the great service she provided. I was under the impression, based on what was said during TikTok Lives that there were 10-18 K gold finings available and was hoping to select the type of metals used. If they are in fact available, they were not offered as an option. I was disappointed that the finings were gold-plated sterling silver. I would have preferred to pay for a better quality metal or just have plain 925 silver. Or, even gold-filled would be better.
Shipping with customization did take quite some time (more than a month). I've ordered non-customized (but drilled) pearls from a competitor and it took 10 business days and their branding and packaging was sleek. That said, I'm still very happy with my Pearlism purchases and recommend them to those who are thinking of buying. I will be buying again. Thank you Livy and Pearlism!

I thoroughly enjoy the product but I had an issue with the earrings. When I opened it the bottom was not connected to the to part of the dangling earring on top. Other than that I am satisfied.
